The Parnasala is a traditional Ayurvedic centre set in the quiet, idyllic hillside over looking Asvem beach in North Goa. The centre is made up of five double traditional Ayurvedic huts, a treatment centre with two treatment rooms and a steam room, a yoga centre under Banyan trees and mango trees, an Ayurvedic restaurant and surrounded by woods and cashew trees. We also have a library and beautiful seating areas.

All huts are of a very comfortable, but simple nature, all have sea views and of the sun setting. All the huts come supplied with western style mattresses and mosquito nets.

There are bathrooms and showers situated within 5meters of all huts.

The restaurant supplies freshly cooked vegetarian Ayurvedic food – organic were available, fresh fruit and on request local fish and local delicacies can be provided.

The location is incredibly quiet and the only noise that can be heard at night is the sound of birds in the woodland.
